David Bradshaw is the founder of Nouvel, creating design-to-delivery systems for custom homebuilding. A Texas-licensed architect with 13 years of AEC experience, he previously served as Senior Construction Architect at ICON, where he led delivery of the hemisphere's largest 3D printed building. His background spans Gensler (construction automation research, DOE grand prize winner), multiple construction tech startups, and expertise in BIM workflows, prefabrication, and robotics. Currently pursuing an MS in Data Science at University of Pittsburgh while building Nouvel in Austin, Texas.
