My background is in business growth, product innovation, and financial modeling, and I led Cognify through a pivot from education technology into healthcare after seeing how much pressure margin compression was putting on the skilled nursing space. By keeping the product simple and tightly focused, my team and I are working on a solution that gives MDS nurses instant ICD-10 code recommendations, cuts assessment prep time dramatically, and helps optimize reimbursements across all five PDPM care components.
